1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JustAllowGod.com or the JustAllowGod app for iPhone, iPad and Android (together, the "Service"), operated by Jag Journey, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy and, when you use the app, our End User License Agreement (the "EULA"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Jag Journey, LLC. Please read them carefully. When you create an account on the website or in the app, you confirm that you agree to these Terms, the EULA and the Privacy Policy by ticking the box on the sign up form, and we record when you agreed. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2 Description of Service

JustAllowGod is a free Bible study platform, on the web and in our apps, that provides:

• Access to multiple Bible translations for reading, listening and study
• Study tools including Strong's Concordance, cross-references, and commentaries
• JagAI Bible study assistance and JagAI Pictures for monthly supporters
• Personal bookmarks, highlights, notes, and annotations
• Daily devotionals and reading plans that track your progress
• Community features including study groups, trivia and the Bible card game
• Offline Mode, to keep one public domain translation on your phone and read it with no signal
• White-label Bible apps for churches and nonprofits
• API access for approved developers

Reading the Bible and the core study tools are provided free of charge, funded through voluntary donations. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3 User Accounts & Responsibilities

You may browse the Bible and read content without creating an account. However, certain features (bookmarks, notes, highlights, reading plans, the card game, study groups, JagAI, Offline Mode, donations) require a registered account.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Maintain only one personal account per individual

You can delete your account at any time in the app or in your dashboard privacy settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period (24+ months with no login activity), after providing reasonable notice.

4 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use JustAllowGod in a manner consistent with its purpose as a Bible study and spiritual growth platform. You agree not to:

• Spam or solicit - Send unsolicited messages, advertisements, or promotional content through our platform.
• Harass or abuse - Engage in harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or any conduct intended to harm, intimidate, or demean other users.
• Use unsuitable names - Choose a gamer tag, name or profile photo that is not family-friendly or that pretends to be our team.
• Violate copyright - Upload, share, or distribute content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Spread misinformation - Intentionally post false or misleading content designed to deceive other users.
• Exploit the platform - Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Circumvent security - Bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits, or how Offline Mode stores Bible text.
• Automate access - Use bots, crawlers, or automated tools to access the Service or play the card game without prior written permission.
• Impersonate others - Create accounts or content that falsely represents you as another person or organization.

Violations of this policy may result in content removal, a reset gamer tag, a pause from a feature, account suspension, or a permanent ban at our sole discretion.

5 User-Generated Content

Our platform allows you to create and share content including annotations, notes, devotionals, study group discussions, profile photos, JagAI pictures and other materials ("User Content").

5.1 Ownership & License

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by posting content publicly or sharing it with others on JustAllowGod, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and make available your User Content as part of the Service. This license exists solely to operate and improve the platform and terminates when you delete the content or your account.

5.2 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or is reported by other users. We may use automated tools and human review for content moderation. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so at our discretion.

5.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have the right to post such content and that it does not violate any third party's rights, applicable laws, or these Terms.

6 Intellectual Property

The JustAllowGod platform and apps, including their design, code, features, the Bible card game and its card art, and original content, are the property of Jag Journey, LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Bible Translations: Bible texts available on our platform are used under applicable licenses, permissions, or are in the public domain. Each translation is subject to the copyright terms of its respective publisher. We make Bible texts available for personal study and non-commercial use. Redistribution of licensed Bible texts may require separate permission from the copyright holder.

Strong's Concordance and Study Materials: Reference materials, commentaries, and concordance data are used under applicable licenses or are in the public domain.

7 Donations and Supporter Features

JustAllowGod is funded through voluntary donations. Gifts are processed by Pay by Jag. Donations are not tax-deductible. Jag Journey, LLC is not a 501(c)(3).

• Non-Refundable: Donations are generally non-refundable, as they are voluntary contributions to support our mission. Refunds may be issued at our discretion or as required by applicable law.
• Recurring Donations: If you set up a recurring monthly donation, you may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Supporter Features: As a thank you, some features are included for active monthly supporters, such as JagAI study tools, JagAI Pictures and Offline Mode, each at the monthly amount shown on our donate page. These features are not a purchase. They end when the monthly gift is canceled or no longer meets the amount the feature needs, and one-time gifts do not include them.
• Not tax-deductible: We provide annual giving statements for your records. Donations are not tax-deductible and should not be claimed as a charitable contribution.
• Use of Funds: Donations are used to operate and improve the platform, develop church apps, maintain infrastructure, and advance our mission of making Bible study freely accessible worldwide.

8 Offline Mode Subscription

Offline Mode is an optional feature of the app. It lets you keep one public domain Bible translation on your phone and read it with no signal. Reading every translation online stays free. You can get Offline Mode in two ways:

• Offline Mode Monthly: an auto-renewing monthly subscription bought in the app through the App Store or Google Play. The price is shown before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google account when you confirm, and the subscription renews every month unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. After you cancel, Offline Mode keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
• Monthly supporters: included while your active monthly gifts through our website add up to $9.99 or more.

When the subscription or the qualifying gifts end, Offline Mode turns off and the translation saved for offline reading is removed from the app. Store purchases are billed by Apple or Google, so refunds follow their policies. The full terms are in section 5 of our End User License Agreement.

9 White-Label Program

We offer free white-label Bible study apps to verified churches and nonprofit organizations. By participating in the white-label program, you agree to:

• Provide accurate organizational information and valid 501(c)(3) or equivalent nonprofit documentation.
• Use the white-label app solely for ministry and Bible study purposes.
• Not misrepresent the platform as entirely your own creation (a "Powered by JustAllowGod" attribution is required).
• Not use the white-label service for commercial purposes, paid subscriptions, or revenue generation.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to revoke white-label access for organizations that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

10 API Usage

We may provide API access to approved developers and organizations. By using our API, you agree to:

• Use the API only for purposes consistent with our mission (Bible study, ministry, education).
• Respect rate limits and usage quotas assigned to your API key.
• Keep your API keys confidential and not share them with unauthorized parties.
• Not use the API to build a competing Bible study platform or to resell data.
• Attribute data sourced from JustAllowGod.com where appropriate.
• Comply with all applicable Bible translation copyright requirements.

We may revoke or restrict API access at any time for any reason, including violations of these terms or excessive usage.

11 Disclaimers

• We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
• AI-powered study tools provide assistance but should not be considered authoritative theological guidance. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be verified against Scripture and trusted theological resources.
• Bible translations are provided as-is from their respective publishers. We are not responsible for translation accuracy.
• User-generated content (annotations, study notes, devotionals) represents the views of individual users and not of Jag Journey, LLC.

12 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAG JOURNEY, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid or donated to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50.00), whichever is greater.

This limitation applies to all causes of action, including but not limited to breach of contract, negligence, and other torts.

13 Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in the app or in your dashboard privacy settings, or by contacting us through Contact Us. Deleting your account does not cancel an Offline Mode subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play; cancel it in your store account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. In the event of termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
• You may request an export of your data before or within 30 days of termination notice.
• We may retain certain data as required by law (e.g., donation and purchase records).
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under any applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.

15 Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Material changes will be communicated through:

• A notice posted on the website
• Email notification to registered users (for significant changes)
• An updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should discontinue use and delete your account.
