• Pay by Jag invoice or subscription identifiers, payment status, and donation history for receipts and account access
• Checkout network address and browser or app version for payment tracing and security
• A random app installation ID for app checkout correlation. We do not collect a phone number or hardware identifier for this purpose.

We never see or store your full credit card number, CVV, or banking details. Pay by Jag records the invoice or subscription and processes cards through Stripe. JustAllowGod keeps the linked receipt and subscription state.

2.4 Automatically Collected Data

When you visit our site, we may automatically collect:

• Pages visited and time spent
• Referring website or source

2.5 Card Game Fair Play

To keep the card game fair, every game is kept as a record, and each action you take at a table is recorded with:

• Whether it came from the website or the app, and when it arrived
• A one-way code made from your network and a one-way code made from a random game ID on your device (a cookie on the website, an installation ID in the app). We keep the codes, never your network address or the ID itself.

These records are used only to spot cheating or automated play. Staff review anything flagged and nothing is decided automatically. Other players see only your gamer tag.

2.6 App Store and Google Play Purchases

If you subscribe to Offline Mode in the app, Apple or Google takes the payment. To unlock Offline Mode on your account, we keep a purchase history linked to your account:

• The store's purchase or transaction ID and the product you bought
• Whether the subscription is active, renewed, canceled or refunded, with its start and end dates
• The notices Apple and Google send us about that purchase

We use this purchase history only to give you Offline Mode and to answer questions about your subscription. We never see your card or store account details.

• Pay by Jag and Stripe - Pay by Jag records donation invoices and subscriptions for Jag Journey, LLC, while Stripe processes card details. Stripe is subject to its own Privacy Policy.
• Apple and Google - The App Store and Google Play take payment for app subscriptions such as Offline Mode and tell us whether each purchase is active. Their own privacy policies apply to those payments.
• Email Service Providers - We use trusted email providers to send devotionals, reading plan reminders, and account notifications.
• AI Providers - When you use AI-powered study tools, your verse queries may be sent to third-party AI services (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or xAI). We do not send your personal information to AI providers - only the biblical text and study questions you submit.
• Hosting & Infrastructure - Our servers and infrastructure providers may process data as part of hosting our platform.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or to prevent fraud or security threats.

5 Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Specifically:

• Account data - Retained until you delete your account.
• Bible study data (bookmarks, notes, highlights, reading progress) - Retained until you delete your account or remove individual items.
• Donation records - Retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and legal compliance.
• Server logs - Automatically purged after 90 days.
• Anonymized analytics - May be retained indefinitely in aggregate form.

When you request account deletion, we anonymize your personal data and remove your identifiable information within 30 days.
